The Pal Tiya Velociraptor

By W. R. Miller on May 28, 2015

Who wants to make a velociraptor? Steven Saunders, Lead Modelmaker on Thunderbirds are Go!, is doing it with the revolutionary outdoor modeling clay, Pal Tiya. Kim Beaton has just uploaded a video of the work-in-progress here:

Kim says, “Did you know that Eighty trillion percent of the cost of all 1-off museum display props goes into molding and re-casting your original clay sculptures and models?

“Steven chose to try Pal Tiya because you essentially can just sculpt it, and walk away (keep it damp for a week of course). Plus it will LOVE being out in the weather just fine!

“…and no 33,000 volt electric-fences needed either!”
